2. Listing Your Products

  • Product Accuracy – Provide detailed and truthful descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
  • Product Categories – Ensure items are correctly categorized for better visibility.
  • Inventory Management – Keep stock levels updated and remove out-of-stock items promptly.
  • Pricing Transparency – Clearly display total costs, including any applicable shipping fees or taxes.

3. Vendor Conduct & Professionalism

  • Customer Communication – Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and issues.
  • Timely Order Fulfillment – Process orders quickly and provide tracking details.
  • Intellectual Property Compliance – Ensure that your listings do not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or patents.
  • Authenticity of Products – Selling counterfeit goods is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment, Fees & Commission Structure

  • No Listing Fees – ZikoSwift does not charge fees for product listings.
  • Commission Fees – A small commission is charged per completed sale, deducted automatically.

  • White-Labeling & Branding – Vendors offering private-label products must ensure proper branding options.
  • Fulfillment Centers – If using warehouses in multiple locations (China, EU, USA), stock availability must be updated regularly.
