  • Add Payment & Billing Information: Choose your preferred payout method (PayPal, Bank Transfer, Alipay, or WeChat Pay). Understand the applicable commission and transaction fees, ensuring you’re prepared for every sale.

2. Listing Your Products

  • Product Accuracy: Ensure your listings are truthful, with detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing. This transparency builds trust with potential buyers and minimizes return rates.

  • Product Categories: Choose the correct product categories for better visibility. Proper categorization ensures that your products are easily found by interested buyers.

4. Payment, Fees & Commission Structure

  • No Listing Fees: ZikoSwift does not charge any listing fees for your products, ensuring you can list as many products as you want at no upfront cost.

  • Commission Fees: A small commission will be charged for each completed sale. The percentage varies based on product category and sales volume. These fees are deducted automatically, and you’ll be able to track them in your vendor dashboard.

  • Transaction Fees: Payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay) may charge additional transaction fees. These fees are separate from ZikoSwift’s commission and will depend on the payout method you select.

9. Dropshipping & Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Compliance

  • Warehouse Management: If you use fulfillment centers or warehouses (e.g., in China, the EU, or the USA), ensure that your stock is updated regularly to reflect current availability.

11. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • Fraud Protection: ZikoSwift uses secure payment gateways and fraud detection tools to protect both vendors and buyers from fraudulent activities. You’ll be notified immediately if any suspicious activity is detected.

  • Chargeback Protection: In the event of a chargeback, vendors will be notified, and ZikoSwift will assist in resolving the issue. Depending on the nature of the chargeback, your payout may be held until the dispute is settled.

12. Sustainability & Ethical Practices

  • Environmental Commitment: ZikoSwift encourages vendors to adopt eco-friendly practices, such as using sustainable materials and offering recyclable packaging options. Our platform supports green initiatives and ethical manufacturing practices.

  • Fair Labor Practices: All vendors must ensure that their suppliers adhere to fair labor practices. This includes ensuring workers are paid fairly, work in safe conditions, and are treated with dignity and respect.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Suspension: Violating any of these guidelines may lead to a temporary or permanent account suspension. We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend vendors if any platform rules are breached.

  • Termination: Vendors can close their shops at any time. However, all ongoing transactions must be completed, and payments will be processed according to ZikoSwift’s payout schedule.
