“Vendor” – A manufacturer, supplier, or seller listing products on ZikoSwift.
“Buyer” – A customer purchasing products from vendors on ZikoSwift.
“Services” – All features and functionalities provided by ZikoSwift, including:
Product listing and browsing
Purchasing and checkout
Payment processing
Shipping and tracking
Customer support
Refunds and returns
Eligibility and Account Creation
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use ZikoSwift.
2.2 Registration Requirements
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during account registration.
Users must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and are responsible for all activities under their account.

Vendor and Buyer Responsibilities
3.1 Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must comply with the following rules:
Product Legality – Vendors must ensure that all products comply with local, national, and international laws.
Product Accuracy – Vendors must provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and images. Misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Items – Vendors must not list or sell:
Counterfeit goods
Weapons and firearms
Drugs and controlled substances
Stolen or unauthorized goods
Hazardous materials
Order Fulfillment – Vendors must ship products within the specified timeframe and provide tracking information.
Verification – Vendors must complete a verification process before listing products on ZikoSwift.
3.2 Buyer Responsibilities
Purchase Awareness – Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchasing.
Fraud Prevention – Buyers must not engage in chargeback fraud, payment disputes, or unauthorized transactions.
Returns & Refunds – Buyers must adhere to the return and refund policies set by vendors.
Reporting Issues – Buyers should immediately report suspicious activity or fraudulent transactions to ZikoSwift.
Payments and Transactions
Payments on ZikoSwift are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
ZikoSwift charges vendors service fees and transaction fees, which are deducted from payments.
Buyers and vendors are responsible for paying any applicable taxes in their respective jurisdictions.
Payment disputes must be reported to ZikoSwift within 14 days of the transaction.
Shipping and Delivery
Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely shipment and providing tracking details.
Buyers must monitor their orders and report delivery issues promptly.
ZikoSwift is not responsible for delays caused by:
Third-party shipping carriers
Customs or import restrictions
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, wars, pandemics)
Refunds and Returns
Vendors must clearly define their refund and return policies.
Buyers must initiate returns within the vendor’s specified return period.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is verified by the vendor.
ZikoSwift may mediate disputes but does not guarantee refunds for every dispute.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on ZikoSwift (logos, text, images, software) belongs to ZikoSwift or its licensors.
Users may not copy, modify, or distribute ZikoSwift’s content without permission.
Vendors own the rights to their product listings but grant ZikoSwift a license to display them.
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Listing, selling, or purchasing illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading business practices.
Exploiting security vulnerabilities or hacking ZikoSwift’s system.
Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data.
Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users or ZikoSwift representatives.
Violations may result in account suspension, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement.
Limitation of Liability
ZikoSwift is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from platform use.
We do not guarantee product quality, vendor reliability, or uninterrupted access to our platform.
ZikoSwift is not liable for unauthorized account access, data breaches, or security incidents beyond our control.

ZikoSwift implements security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats.
