2.2 Copyrights

Copyrights protect original works such as images, product descriptions, manuals, and marketing materials.

✅ Allowed:

  • Using your own original product photos and descriptions.
  • Selling legitimate copies of copyrighted content with permission.

🚫 Not Allowed:

  • Copying product descriptions, images, or designs from another seller or brand.
  • Selling pirated or unauthorized software, media, or digital content.

2.3 Patents

A patent protects inventions and innovative product designs.

✅ Allowed:

  • Selling products you have patented or have legal rights to distribute.
  • Listing generic, non-patented items.

  • Selling patented products without the patent holder’s permission.

🚫 Copying logos, images, or copyrighted content from another company.

🚫 Listing patented products without approval from the patent holder.

ZikoSwift will remove listings, suspend accounts, and take legal action if necessary to enforce IP compliance.

4. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

If you believe your trademark, copyright, or patent rights have been violated on ZikoSwift, you can file an IP complaint.

4.1 How to Submit a Complaint

1️⃣ Identify the Infringement: Gather evidence of unauthorized use, such as links to the infringing listing and proof of ownership.
2️⃣ Contact the Seller (Optional): You may reach out to the seller to request voluntary removal of the content.
3️⃣ File a Complaint with ZikoSwift: Submit an IP Infringement Report via email: support@zikoswift.com
4️⃣ Investigation & Resolution: Our legal team will review the claim, remove infringing content, and take further action if necessary.

📌 Important Note: False claims or abuse of the IP reporting system may lead to account suspension.

5. Consequences of IP Infringement

ZikoSwift takes intellectual property violations seriously. Depending on the severity of the case, the following actions may be taken:

⚠️ First Violation: Warning issued, and listing removed.
❌ Repeated Violations: Seller account restricted, suspended, or permanently banned.
⚖️ Severe Violations: Legal action pursued against infringers, including financial penalties.
